Fox's "American Idol" slid in its second Wednesday outing, but it did provide a solid lead-in for the new Kiefer Sutherland drama "Touch," whose sneak preview drew strong numbers. "Touch" averaged a 3.9 adults 18-49 rating, according to Nielsen, becoming the second-highest-rated new drama premiere this season, behind ABC's "Once Upon a Time," which averaged a 4.0 in October. "Touch" will officially premiere March 19.
